Flexible options with or without integrated tank, single or double pumps, high/low head, fixed or variable speed.

Special UTR Version

Allows two independent process temperatures (up to 20°C difference) in a single chiller for maximum flexibility.

ENERGY SAVING OPTIONS

FREE COOLING

Integrated into the frame of the unit (RACA Plus Energy series) to reduce footprint.
Exploits ambient air as a natural cold source when its temperature is lower than the process fluid returning from the plant.
Compressors automatically shut down, achieving up to 90% energy savings in favorable conditions.
Particularly effective in regions with cooler seasons (example: Central Europe operation with water at 15°C / 59°F)

HEAT RECOVERY

The refrigeration circuit can recover waste heat through a desuperheater, either fully or partially.
Recovered heat can be reused in other plant processes, improving overall energy balance.
Reduces energy costs while increasing the effective output of the unit.
