ACE (Adiabatic Cooling Energy) is an adiabatic dry cooler which uses ambient air to cool process water.
By using powerful fans, placed into the ACE, the ambient air is conveyed through a PVC screen evaporator uniformly moisturised by a patented “SHOWER” anti-scaling water distribution system.
By permeating through the water-soaked cavities of the evaporating panel, the air cools down releases heat to the water, which evaporates.
This process results in ACE achieving a higher efficiency compared to the traditional dry cooler while maintaining unchanged the water consumption and contamination requirements of closed-circuit systems.
BENEFITS
Up to 95% water savings
compared to traditional evaporative cooling towers.
Closed-circuit operation
no evaporation of process water, no contamination, no scale formation.
Reduced chemical treatment costs
due to clean and closed water cycle.
Eco-friendly design
lower energy consumption, low noise levels, and compact footprint.
thanks to simplified access and automatic control systems.
Flexible operation
adiabatic function automatically activated only during warmer periods.
